The Wolf of Dalal Street | Saif Ali Khan’s Bazaar
Saif Ali Khan plays the wolf of Dalal Street who thrives on numbers that reek of money.
Saif Ali Khan plays the lead role – a stock market tycoon in the trailer of his forthcoming movie, Bazaar.
Saif Ali Khan is back on the big screen after his small screen triumph with the Netflix series, Sacred Games. The trailer for his forthcoming film, Bazaar, was first available for viewing on Tuesday 25th September.
The film also features Radhika Apte, Chitrangada Singh & newcomer Rohan Mehra, late actor Vinod Mehra’s son, is about the ruthless world of Dalal Street. Saif plays Shakun Kothari, a stock market guru while Rohan plays the role of a newbie Rizwan Ahmed, trying to find his foot in the industry.
Shakun is able to spot the fire in Rizwan & decides to take him under his wing but cautions him to never lose his money. Things go well for both of them until there is a twist.
Radhika plays Rizwan’s associate who shows him how to play the game in Mumbai & opens his eyes into a world (her world) of opportunism. Chitrangada plays Shakun’s sensible wife, telling him to evaluate his steps before he takes giant leaps.
While parallels are being drawn with the Hollywood blockbuster The Wolf of Wall Street (starring Leonardo DiCaprio), there is a hint of inspiration from the popular TV Series Billions (starring Damian Lewis).

The crime-drama movie is directed by Gauravv K. Chawla & written by Nikkhil Advani, Aseem Arora & Parveez Sheikh. It is scheduled to hit screens on October 26 0f2018.
