51-year-old Adam Schlesinger Succumbs to Coronavirus – Emmy and Grammy award-winning Singer-songwriter Adam Schlesinger succumbed to coronavirus on Wednesday 1st April 2020.
The fifty one year old was best known for rock band Fountains Of Wayne.

Adam was the co-songwriter and bass player of the 90’s band.
After his rock band years, he also went on to work behind many TV shows and was known for his writing.
Schlesinger was nominated for ten Emmys for writing funny songs across quite a few television shows, of which he won 3.
In 2009 he was honored wiht his first Grammy for A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift of All!
He was also nominated for an Oscar Award for writing the title song for the Tom Hanks directed 1997 movie That Thing You Do
Schlesinger, who was diagnosed with coronavirus several days back, was sedated and on ventilator support as per AP reports.
