Sachin Tendulkar Will Not Celebrate His 47th birthday – he has been energectically spreading awareness during the current pandemic. He has donated Rs 5 million and one month’s staple food grains for 5k Mumbaikars among other things.
Former India captain Sachin Tendulkar who turns 47 on April 24, 2020 has decided not to celebrate this time around due to the Coronavirus global crisis.
In the Sportstar interview, he said, “I won’t be commemorating my birthday this year. Given the global situation, I don’t think it’s right time to celebrate anything.”
Tendulkar hasn’t gone out to meet relatives or friends since March 15.
