UK’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson Tests Positive – In a video tweet ashort while back, UK’s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, confirmed he had developed mild symptoms – “a persistent cough and temperature” – over the last twenty four hours and, on the advice of the (CMO) chief medical officer, he took a test which came back positive for coronavirus.
Over the last 24 hours I have developed mild symptoms and tested positive for coronavirus.

Johnson also said he is self-isolating and will be working from home. He said thanks to “the wizardry of modern technology” he will be all the more relentless in his role in leading the national fightback against the virus.
He thanked the National Health Service (NHS) and everybody working to keep the country going through the pandemic and reiterated that staying at home is imperative in stopping the spread of the virus.
