The report in Japan’s Yomiuri Shimbun mentions a source involved in the three-way discussions between Tokyo, Seoul and Washington… who believes North Korea’s Workers’ Party main committee made an internal decision last year… that in an unforseen event of Kim Jong-un’s incapacitation or death, all reigns of power will be transferred to his younger sister, Kim Yo-jung.

The source further elucidated that since that decision the many official orders issued were under Kim Yo-jung’s name.

She currently holds one of the highest positions on the Workers’ Party Central Committee, and is eveidently the second most influential person in the regime… and her brother’s most loyal aide.

Kim Yo-jong is the youngest daughter of former supreme leader Kim Jong-il. Kim Jong-un the current supreme leader, is her older brother.

She is an alternate member of the Politburo & vice director of the Department of Propaganda & Agitation Department in the Workers’ Party of Korea.

She is 31 years old and was born in Pyongyang, North Korea

She has been married since 6 years to Choe Song.
