Tiger Woods Crashes in his SUV and is in surgery after suffering leg injuries.

Golf icon Tiger Woods was in a surgical procedure Tuesday after enduring multiple leg injuries when an SUV he was driving crashed and tumbled in Los Angeles, authorities and his agent said.

Woods, who was the sole person in the SUV, was “rescued from the wreckage with the ‘jaws of life’ by Los Angeles County firefighters and paramedics, then moved to a local hospital by ambulance for his injuries,” that county’s sherriff’s department said in a tweet.

The crash occurred on the border of Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes at about 7:12 a.m. PT, as per official reports.

Officials said “the SUV was heavily damaged.”

Tiger Woods, 45, has won 82 championships on the PGA, which is drawn with Sam Snead for the most titles ever. He has won 15 major tournaments, including the Masters championship 5 times.

Woods’ stellar career was shaken up in November 2009 when he crashed an SUV into a fire hydrant in front of his then-residence in Windermere, Florida.

Woods lost his consciousness in that crash for more than 5 minutes, and his then-wife apparently used a golf club to break a window in the vehicle and drag him from it.

On the heels of that unexplained accident, Woods was reported to have several illicit affairs. He registered at a Mississippi clinic for therapy shortly afterward.

In May 2017, Woods was accused with driving under the influence in Florida after police uncovered him asleep in a car that was smashed.

A month after that detention, Woods entered a clinic for therapy related to issues with prescription pain drugs and a sleep disorder.

Steinberg said at the time that Woods used pain prescriptions to help him get up and move while recuperating from four back operations.

Woods was spotted on social media on Monday on a golf course with ex Miami Heat basketball superstar Dwyane Wade.

Woods last participated at the PNC Championship in Orlando, Florida, which ended Dec. 20. He played beside Charlie Woods, his 11-year-old son, in the tournament. The duo finished 17th.
